It envisages that the participant can generate ideas with the model explained. It aims not to get stuck at the first point when thinking about a subject and requires searching for dimensions that cannot be seen at first glance, pursuing alternative strategies and calculating all assumptions. It is a way of thinking and working, so by using this system, an innovative way of thinking can be designed in almost any subject and in any field. Design thinking training consists of 5 stages:

The first stage is to empathize: The first stage is to gain an empathic understanding of the problem that you are willing to solve. It also consists of consulting an expert about your concern; observing, understanding and engaging with other people’s motivation and experience.

The second stage is to define: The second stage is to put together the input that you’ve collected throughout the empathize stage. You analyse and synthesize what you’ve learnt.

The third stage is to design: In the third stage, you are going to generate ideas. In this stage some techniques, such as brainstorm and brainwrite, can be used.

The fourth stage is prototyping: After the three stages, the design team will scale down the solutions in the fourth stage. In this stage, the solutions generated in the previous stages and the best solutions among them can be identified better.

The fifth stage is testing: The ideas are tested using the best solution.

In brief, the Design Thinking training aims to improve the creativity skills of the participants and to gain a correct perspective on innovation.

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][vc_column_text] Design Thinking Design thinking is used to develop the methods necessary for innovation.
